TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL

1.1. By enrolling in any program or activity at Gymnest, participants and their guardians agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

 

1.2. Gymnest reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via our official website or through direct communication channels.

 

2. MEMBERSHIP & FEES

 

2.1. All participants must complete the registration process and pay the associated fees before attending any classes or events.

 

2.2. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as outlined in our cancellation policy.

 

3. CLASS ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

 

3.1. Participants are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.

 

3.2. If a participant is unable to attend a class, please notify the club in advance.

 

3.3. We do offer make up classes but they are subject to availability.

 

3.4. If participants arrive more than 10 minutes late, they may not be able to join in with their class.

 

4. ATTIRE AND PERSONAL BELONGINGS

 

4.1. Participants must adhere to the following attire guidelines:

  • No socks to be worn when shoes aren’t needed

  • Training shoes needed for some activities must be clean

  • Hair must be tied back and kept out of the face.

  • No makeup or jewellery, including studs. Jewellery that cannot be removed must be covered.

  • Acceptable clothing includes leotards, t-shirts, vests, sweatshirts, shorts, leggings, and joggers.

  • Unacceptable clothing includes hoodies, jeans, skirts, dresses, tights, crop tops, and socks.

 

4.2 Gymnest is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.

 

5. SAFETY AND CONDUCT

 

5.1. Participants and their guardians must adhere to all safety instructions provided by coaches and staff.

 

5.2. Food and drinks are not permitted in the gymnasium at any time, except for water.

 

5.3. We do allow parents to view the classes from the benches provided at the side, but we kindly ask all parents to keep any noise to a minimum and to not create any distractions with the running of the class.

6. PAYMENT INFORMATION

 

6.1. Full payment is required upfront and will be invoiced by Gymnest Ltd.

 

6.2. Payment must be completed prior to attending a class to secure your booking.

 

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

7.1. Participants may cancel their booked classes and will receive a refund for any remaining classes.

 

7.2. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice are not eligible for a refund.​

​

7.3. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice can be rescheduled for another time.

8. PRIVACY POLICY

 

8.1. Gymnest is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal data collected during registration and participation will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our Info page.

 

9. LIABIITY

 

9.1. Participants and their guardians acknowledge that gymnastics and parkour involve inherent risks.

 

9.2. Gymnest is not liable for any injuries sustained during participation, except where such injury arises as a result of our negligence.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

 

10.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Please ensure that you read and understand these Terms and Conditions before participating in any activities at Gymnest.
